- In accordance with the Act on Public Benefit and Volunteer Work of 24 April 2003, a cash donation made to the Society at any time and in any amount may be reported and included in the settlements as part of the annual tax return.
- It will be deducted from the Donor’s income up to an amount not exceeding 6% of their total income achieved in the tax year being settled. The 6% limit is common to deductions for donations for the purposes of: religious worship, honorary blood donation, vocational education and preparation and implementation of investments in the reconstruction of the Saxon Palace, Brühl Palace and tenement houses on Królewska Street in Warsaw.
- The amount of the donation will be documented by proof of payment to the recipient’s payment account or their bank account other than the payment account.
